My 2-week assignment is done
Finally finished my 2-weeks stance at Happy Family CCC.. had helluva fun yet had to get up every morning before daybreaks.. the work was tough yet was filled with enjoyment.. never knew that cooking food for 80 people is so much fun.. satisfaction arises whenever the food is cooked and the dishes are done.. seeing the kitchen sparkling clean after a day's work is one joyous thing.. hearing people complimenting that the food is nice is another happiness.. I got a farewell gift from Teacher Evon and Teacher Celine.. So I really enjoyed my stay and will certainly miss everyone, esp my "baobei" ~ Little XueNing.. Learnt alot of stuff too.. Now i can cut vege/meat faster, nicer and learnt how to make nice soups and dishes.. Recap:
Saturday
Somehow feel tat my writing skill deteriorates.. too long never do project liao kekekeZz.. Got my cert flown in thru DHL from UWA.. Finally can declare myself a graduate when the cert is finally safely in my hands.. but then, it looks like a cheap piece of paper, with no transcript and the paper is darn THIN.. much thinner than my O Level cert.. KAOZ.. 20 over k for this cheap piece of paper :( Nonetheless, having it is better than none kekekez...
Morning woke up to make a delivery then went compass pt meet up lilian for lunch @ BK and a quick shopping.. pei her bot a top from echo then myself try out some clothes at pepperplus.. saw the crinkled skirt there, quickly sms sis who is looking for something like tat.. sis came to join at 3.15pm while lilian went for her facial.. she try out the skirts but the sizes dun fit.. end up, i bot a top and a crinkled skirt, both in black, blew 58 bucks.. before tat i also bot a tank top from 77th street and a cap from OP.. total spent 103 bucks today.. weep weep.. next stop to tampines, pei sis for her car servicing.. waited abt 25 mins while sipping tea at a nearby coffeeshop.. went home to meet up the rest for a family dinner at geylang.. everyone was there, including sis-in-law's younger bro.. total 9 persons.. our family seems to be growing in size kekekez.. had a fantastic dinner on dad's house (he struck lottery WAHAHAHAAA) then to suntec for a quick shopping at carrefour.. din buy anything as the Q was terribly long and everyone was pretty tired.. so we went home empty handed.. had a small "argument" with mama so we din talk in the car.. was it called an argument even..? I din even speak when she was nagging to go home yet sis did not pick up the phone after we split... and she told me off when i told sis she wanted to go home badly.. i really dunno wat i did wrongly.. but just kept quiet all the way to reduce FIRE... such a tiring day for me, one whole day seemingly nonstop walking.. my runny nose came back and i was sneezing nonstop and something like 5 times in a row.. then the cough became worse.. so dry my throat and i am croaking like FROG.. took a flu pill and gg to Zzzz soon.. miss miss my "baobei" again..
Friday
Last day at CCC... Had to work extra today as the afternoon cleaner aunty is on leave.. Cooked fried rice.. it was such a chore as we had to fry the rice in separate, smaller portions.. i think we fry abt 10 times before finally completing the big tub.. Hand aching from the chore :( but fun :) Cooked winter melon soup too.. yummy.. I took alot of rice as well.. maybe the chores made me hungry.. not forgeting i washed the toilet and mopped the floor too... OT for me.. we worked nonstop till 4.30pm.. even had to visit ntuc to buy groceries for next week.. we took back 2 trolleys of supplies and spent abt 200 bucks.. it was a tiring day yet i was filled with some sadness as i wont be coming back on a regular basis from next week.. wont get to see the kids play and my "baobei" as regularly liao :( had to leave abruptly as we had to buy the air tickets from Valuair b4 their office closes at 5.30pm.. reached TPY HDB Hub but couldnt find which wing is Valuair located.. after a tough search, we finally reached the place at 5.15pm and was supposed to be one of the last customers they served for tat day.. finally confirmed our tickets and WE ARE FLYING TO HK!!!!!!!!! YAY!!!!!!!!!! Went home after that.. Nigel came, then we, the trio went KFC for dinner...
Thursday
Today cooked sausages in tomato sauce with a very nice soup tat i cant rem.. dunno why, maybe i was hungry and i had 2 helpings of the rice with sausages, in kid's size of course la kekeZ.. After a day's work, just relax into an afternoon break, looking thru newspapers ads for jobs and HK tour packages.. called a few agencies to check prices and also airlines on ticket fares.. found tat valuair offers cheaper HK fare rate than other airlines, even JetStarAsia cannot match.. then realise that Tiger Airways does not fly to HK.. accomodation wise will decide on a cheaper motel in Kowloon island, quite convenient location and each person pays only S$30-S$40 per night.. After work, went home for dinner, then cant rem what else i did.. kekekeZzz...
Wednesday
Cooked Noodle soup, nice ~ ~ ^_^ my running nose was gone temporarily but a dry cough came.. now my throat is hurting badly.. I start croaking.. went out at 1.30pm to catch movie "Lemony Snicket - A series of unfortunate events".. cinema not packed, still alot of students as it was a weekday and the ticket price is still at a low $6.50.. Dear readers, pls do not spend your hard-earned on this BORING show.. i wouldnt say its LOUSY as it isnt tat bad.. but then, it is really meaningless and I can hardly laugh at any of the so-called FUNNY SCENES.. Jim Carey's acting is just ordinary-Carey, nothing surprising and definitely no breakthrough.. In all, it is just a BORING show to me.. I kept looking at my watch and cant wait for it to end ASAP.. when it finally drew curtains, I am the first 3 to leave the theatre.. Rating: 4/10 ~ In danger of making you fall asleep.. Zzzzzz~... Went to Fox and grabbed a top and 2 skirts, all in black and blew 95 bucks.. heartpain but really love all those things I've bot.. Went back to ccc to have fun with the kids after their afternoon nap.. then took sis' car to Hougang mall as I had to make a delivery of a $30 sales.. Met lilian coincidently and we went for a quick shopping at mall but parted abruptly due to some "mishaps" WAHAHA.. not serious la.. just that she wanted to leave time for me to pei my sis who has grown suddenly cold.. After delivery, met mama at Hg plaza for dinner.. we had western food, then fernie came abit later to collect another 54 bucks sale from me.. she ate dinner with us then sis drove her home b4 we went home ^_^
