Rainbow's Bday Celebration
So i left home after 6pm.. Happen to meet rainbow at Hougang Station.. I got company for the train ride, of course, as usual, rainbow told me lots of stories with exaggerated expressions ^_^ This gal has never grown up a single day since sec sch.. you know, she's still the same, very much the caixia i know in 1993 -_- We walked all the way to Heeren from Dhoby Ghaut, had to keep chris and cobin waiting.. the restaurant was pretty packed and we had to wait for a table.. anyway, we din wait long as the couple was seated and even ordered while we were shopping kekekeZzzz... good "excuse" to say ringing tone was weak WAHAHHAAA....
I can say I, or rather, we, had a good dinner.. I love this dinner as it wasnt too heavy, unlike any other western food we've tasted for other occasions.. we had tom yam soup, thai fish cake, thai honey chicken and hot plate tofu.. it was a splendid choice and wasnt too ex.. 15 bucks for each.. COOLZzz... Rating: 9.5/10... rainbow put on the jewellery set which i made and chriS paid.. I still think she looks better in baby blue, but then, she liked it so it was a good choice afterall ^_^ after dinner, we went for a quick shopping at CHAOS.. walau, the clothes are indeed CHAOS.. loop holes everywhere, just like the law WAHAHAAA... walked to Taka Giordano for the gentleman to get his socks.. then crossed opp to Paragon Coffeebeans.. this is where the fun begun! we had a lot of fun cracking silly jokes, making fun of kp, making fun of rainbow, and the most exciting event of the day: piX taking ^_^ of course, we took alot of fun piX like xi, nu, ai, le.. the innocent, slutty, gong look etc.. couple shots, commercial ads, etc... Fun level: 10/10.. we split ard 11.30pm.. rainbow and i walked back to DG station for the last train home.. lucky, we were able to make it on time, and was in fact, 3 mins early :) of course, i took the last connecting LRT back and made it home b4 1am..
It was a peaceful day.. no action, unlike last week dancing and drinking in CB.. it was a good way to spend a sat evening.. its been ages since i last sip coffee and chat with frens in coffee chains.. i missed those days with JK&gang, where our rest days were spent in cafes.. with AL was sipping fruit juices at Esplanade WAHAHA... thinking of the past brings back nostalgic emotions.. Today would be different if we were still together, coz we will be celebrating our first anniversary instead.. As I told rainbow on the train, it would take me a long time to heal completely before i could accept another guy into my life.. Better shut up now =X
