1 more week

So long never write blog...

1 more week to go and I'll start work already... Time flies... 4 months passed just like that... It's considered my longest break ever.. The first break I had was in 2005 where I quit Avnet in feb and then worked on temp assignments, jewellery business and finally start work back at Avnet sales in June.. I don't really consider it 5 months as I worked temp at Avnet for like 2-3 months inbetween.. Second break was 2008 where I quit Avnet to join emc.. I rested like 3 months..

I felt more and more bored after staying at home for so long.. I feel excited to get back to work yet will miss my girl terribly... But I think it's time to put my life back on track.. Somehow feel meaningless and aimless when I'm not working.. However I think life will definitely get busier, having to juggle work and family, especially with this new addition.. It will be tough but I'll work hard.. :D

I am happy as I've bought new work clothes!! I can't fit into my old clothes, anyway they are really old and I have almost got rid of everything.. I realized how long I haven't been buying clothes aside from maternity wear.. I am si glad to change my wardrobe..

Shopped at bugis junction and discovered this clothes line L'zzie.. And I am so crazy! I bought 3 tops and then went back the following week to get another 3 pieces.. They got this promo for GSS buy 2 get 1 free.. I am so in love with pleats, lace and floral prints.. I also bought a cardigan and knit top from knit & co, a Korean label.. Actually I came across this brand at a stall in Rivervale mall, where I bought the cardigan.. After I researched on the Internet, there is actually someone who sell it online.. The prices are much cheaper.. I saw this knit top at the stall selling 59.90 and online is only 43 with postage.. I bought the knit top online and saved some money but already lost 9 bucks on the cardigan :(

Hey!!!

Oh well, so I'm starting work in less than one month's time.. I'm excited as well as lazy about it.. Having stopped working for close to 4 months, I think I've already forgotten some of my work.. Hehe.. Need some time to pick up the pieces..

Actually I'm also quite lazy to start. Although I wake up very early these days and have equally lesser sleeping hours, I still have tome to nap in the afternoons if I need to. But after starting work, I can't nap anymore. However, I'm looking forward as that means I will have more time to myself.. I may miss my bb, yet I really desired more time to myself. Now, whatever time I have goes to my daughter.. At least I have excuse to be away once I start work.. Right now, I can't leave the house too long ad I know I have the responsibility to care for my baby and shouldn't just dump her to my mum.

Charmaine is 3 months and 3 days today.. Happy that she had made some improvements. She no longer cry like before.. As we understand her better now. We bring her out more often and is easier to care for.. I still don't have time to shop when I bring her out.. But that's ok.. As long as she is well behaved.. I believe in time to come, I can shop with ease when I bring her out..

Another headache I have.. The weight can't seemed to go down.. I am seriously fat and I don't have many clothes to wear.. Although I jog few times a week. I didn't manage to keep the weight off as I still eat alot.. At least more than the pre-preg days.. OMG!! I need to lose weight quick!!!! SOS!!!

I can't diet much as I'm still breastfeeding.. So I'm eating well and hopefully can lose weight thru exercising.. It won't be as easy as before.. I lost 12kg when I was 19 thru dieting and exercise.. I'm no longer ad young as before, so it won't be that easy anymore..

Now I am 62kg, I hope to go under 60 when I start work.. Looks bleak.. :(

Baby Charmaine

She's turning 3 months in 4 days' time.. Very cute and fun now that she starts cooing and making sounds.. She also cries less often and is so much more predictable now.. I feel that the tough times are going to be over very soon.. I also enjoy taking her out now.. We have removed her mittens and allow her to play with her fingers.. Sometimes she accidentally pokes herself and started crying.. It makes me laugh :D

One more month before I start work.. Must start preparing work clothes.. Cannot fit into pre-pregnancy clothes and maternity wear are too big and loose.. Yet I dun wanna spend too much money on clothes as I'm determined to lose weight.. Perhaps will take some clothes from my sis in law and get some from GSS.. Will search for goodies this friday when I'm in town!!
