So quiet and abit bored..

Hehe.. But enjoying the peace.. Looking forward to the next 3 public holidays in may.. Yay!!

My 2005 notepad

Brought this to work today and decided to take some pics and blog about it.. If I rem correctly, this was my gift to gpc Xmas in 2005 and I've been using it since then. The pic inside is really a classic.. Love it to bits and post it on facebook, only to discover my ex colleague Yvonne got the same book. 真巧呀！

Dessert

This is sorbet with aloe Vera and grass jelly.. Have bits if strawberry and mango too.. Taste quite refreshing on a hot day.. Soso but overall was a great lunch!!! Glad to have the chance to eat at this fantastic place.. And I really enjoyed the privacy of lunching in a room just ourselves.. Charmaine enjoyed herself too.. Finished her homecooked porridge and stole some food from our plates.. Made alot of noise though.. Haha.. Happy birthday Sis!

Dish 4 - noodles

I keep saying this is crab but Aaron insisted it's lobster.. Whatever that is, it has already been digested.. It tasted superb!! I think my fav dish of the meal.. But too full already I can't finish the noodles! The sauce taste superb!! Really nice and I hope I can taste this again.. Just this one.. :)

Dish 3 - beef

Till this dish, I'm already full.. This was cooked till perfection but the portion is a little too big for me.. I enjoyed the kimchi as the side.. It taste fantastic when you wrap a little piece of the meat with kimchi and brocolli.. Hmm.. Yummy!!

Dish 2

Sharks fins soup with lots of ingredients.. Big piece of fin.. But I still prefer those served at 4 star and below hotel or restaurant wedding banquet with crab meat and egg.. Hehe.. Me cheapo.. This one has got expensive stuff inside but I dunno how to appreciate better.. The taste is excellent though :)

In celebration of sil's bday

21.04.2011 - lunch at Majestic Hotel.. Found that I don't really like foie gras.. Fun really fancy expensive food.. But the soft shell crab on the right is really yummy.. The Thai style sauce is indeed unique!!
