Updates

I'm finally back.. It's a rainy day but I can't get to sleep.. My baby Charmaine is already snoring away right beside me haha..

So, here comes my story..

I've stopped working for a month already. Last day being 31 December 2010. Left the job that I once love and a job that I don't have many Monday blues for.. Long story on why I left, anyway, it wasn't pleasant to speak of.. I swear I haven't done anything unethical, unprofessional or wrong.. Was angry and upset at first, with all the misunderstandings, misinterpretations and malign, but at the end, I've decided to drop everything and forgive.. Though not able to forget.. It made me so much happier.. The future was uncertain then, but it didn't falter my faith for the future and the new happiness I've found :)

So came 2011... A brand new year and a brand new start..

I became jobless..

Suddenly free from work, I've decided to tidy and clean the house.. I used to clean the house alot but when Charmaine comes along, I realize I haven't clean the house properly for almost a year.. So it's time for a springclean!

The project lasted for quite awhile.. And seriously, after a month, I still feel it wasn't enough! Nonetheless I've done my best and all for this and cny is just in 3 days' time :)

All set and ready for cny. 4 sets of new clothes and 2 pairs of shoes. How about Charmaine? 13 sets new outfits, 4 pairs of shoes and 4 pairs of socks.

During this month, I've went for interviews and got 2 offers. Reed and Microsoft. Both good companies. And I chose Reed in the end. Microsoft is super attractive but it didn't beat Reed's offer and guess what? I have to report for work on my first day 14 Feb in London ;) this is the biggest catch. Imagine I even made them wait for one week to accept this offer haha..

Good thing for me, I'm keeping my plan of visiting London this year :) but the down side is it's still winter now and is super cold. I rather worry as I've always been scared of cold.. After delivering Charmaine, I became a hot mama, but after almost 11 months, I'm slowly back to my old state of Ms-Scared-of-Cold.. Have to prepare extra heat pad just in case ;)

Less than 2 weeks before I depart for London in SQ.. I'm excited, but I'll super duper miss my Charmaine :( I hope she still remembers me after I'm back.. I hope I can kiss her goodnight every night.. Think I have to skip this for a week..

Am having terrible tummyache in the toilet while typing this lol....

Silly me... Just left charmaine's bag in simei kopithiam and made hubby drive back to get it.. Scattered brain :(((

Luckily he managed to get it back else I'll be sooooooo upset :))))

So much happenings these few months and I didn't have chance to update!! I hope to do it soon one of these days...
