Mourning the loss of Black Nose

Black Nose is a good natured, lovely, and plump stray cat who stayed at the void deck of my mum's block... She has been around for a few years already and was liked by many cat-lovers.. she never disturbed anyone and spent her day watching birds, napping, staring into space and waiting for my mum to bring her daily meals.. I loved this cat and I felt myself being welcomed by her whenever I go over to my mum's place..

Out of a sudden, she disappeared for a week and nobody knows her whereabouts.. We wouldn't believe she would migrate as she had been around for so long and she was so obedient and stayed out of trouble all the time.. My mum looked around for her but couldn't locate her.. Sadly, by the 2nd week, my mum heard from a neighbour that a cat was found dead 2 weeks ago from an accident at a nearby block, bearing exactly the same description of Black Nose.. She was tri-colored with a distinctive black patch on her nose, thus, was named "Black Nose".. I was immediately sad upon hearing.. though I was praying for her safe return since her disappearance but I know now that she will never return.. I typed this with a heavy heart as I loved animals so much, even though those who know me know that I never dared to touch a cat.. I will always remember Black Nose and I hope heaven has a place for her... if she's a Buddhist, let her reincarnate and born into a good family having a wonderful life... God bless...
