Today’s mood: quite alright
I decide to blog before starting work today, which is rather unusual for me.. perhaps I have already “see open red ash”.. keke.. counting down the last 5 days of work before my 2-weeks break.. Then I am off to Japan for a week..! Yippe..! And, counting down to my flight on 28/Oct..
The weekend went on smoothly.. we had our GPC flea market on Sat.. Slight cockup, I forgot to bring the mats, so we made do with black trash bags and newspapers.. the lots were really good, we were at the beginning of the bazaar, near the main entrance/taxi stand.. I guess those who took taxi or came from Orchard Road will visit our stalls first.. we were really lucky this time as we balloted for 2 stalls which happened to be side by side.. Fernie at lot 29 which I got lot 30.. we had lotsa fun selling and as usual, cracking our GPC jokes.. But it was quite busy this time as we had so many customers.. I had my record breaking sales that day, totaling $353 in revenue.. I managed to get rid much of my stuff, but still have to take back one luggage full of clothes.. hopefully can get rid of them in Yahoo Auctions.. It was 10/10 fun factor except my encounter with a “MAD WOMAN”, well, anyway, I took that as a joke.. keke…
Sunday was great too.. I woke up early to do housekeeping.. then off to compass point for gift shopping for my new nephew.. he is really cute.. and small.. and sleeps non-stop.. haha.. we bought him a really cute jumper that has the print: “If you think I am handsome, you should see my Dad”.. we also bought the hanging thing at the baby cot.. dunno what’s that called, it has the soft toys attached to it and it is dangling from the cot where the baby can be like “playing with stars” kind.. We are going to get the stroller and walker today at the Metro Baby Fair promotion! I am really excited over the birth of this boy.. my parents + my bro kept nagging me to have my own.. well, we have our plans lar.. so no worries.. when it is time, it is time.. I allow myself 2 more years then perhaps will have kids of my own liao.. Year 2008 expecting Ah mei’s ROM, Year 2009 maybe Kris’, then also the year perhaps little Aaron or little Wendy will arrive.. keke..
