This is US.. dressing up for D&D 2007. The theme is Shanghai night 1930s.. and we are dressed up in the western theme.. aren't we pretty..? The venue is at Grand Shanghai, King's centre.. and the food is half good and half bad.. meaning we enjoyed the first 4 dishes and the rest are junk... emcee is bad and the ambience is also not good, made bad by our own Avnet people, cuz they keep on YUM-SENGING and YUM-SENGING... can't hear what the emcee was talking about.. quite disappointed over the best dressed table/individual and musicale night awards... the best dressed individual/table people didnt really deserve to win, cuz in my opinion there are better dressed up people not being recognized.. and our skit came in last, wining only a $150 prize... hmm.... nevermind, all's gone is gone.. let's do better for next year...
